Ningbo Junshi Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 2008 in Fenghua, Ningbo, Zhejiang — adjacent to the railway station and the Shenhai Expressway, with convenient logistics.
Our product range covers aluminum outer tubes, inner tubes and piston rods, backed by in-house deep-hole boring, honing, precision grinding, gravity casting and die casting.
Established in Fenghua, Ningbo, Zhejiang, focusing on aluminum shock absorber components.
Built deep-hole boring and honing lines to begin mass production of aluminum outer tubes.
Expanded to aluminum inner tubes (fork tubes) and piston rods, forming our three core aluminum tubular parts.

Guided by IATF 16949, roughness testers, tensile testers, profilometers and CMMs control key dimensions and geometrical tolerances across the whole process — ensuring durability and sealing performance.
