Three core products — aluminum outer tubes, inner tubes and piston rods — built to your specifications.
The outer tube is the damper's main load-bearing member. Its bore requires deep-hole boring and honing, with extremely tight demands on surface roughness, tolerance, concentricity and wall-thickness consistency.
The inner tube is a core moving part of the front suspension. It requires high straightness and a wear-resistant surface to deliver stable, long-life damping performance.
The piston rod demands mirror-grade roundness and stable friction behaviour. We control diameter, surface finish and straightness to tight, repeatable limits.
